	Time Shift	When active, this enchantment allows you to manipulate time, making you appear to perform actions faster than others. Each level reduces the targets regen by 1 minutes. At level 30, the min regen speed cap is changed to 4 minutes. (Note the bonus will only be applied if you login/refresh while the enchant is still active).
